1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between SECT Tattoo Berlin (“we”, “our”, “the studio”) and each client (“you”, “the customer”). By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

2. Appointment Scheduling & Deposit

Appointments are granted only after individual consultation. To confirm a booking, a deposit is required. The deposit amount is agreed individually and credited toward the final price.
If the deposit is not received within 7 days of booking, the appointment may be released to others.

5. Health Conditions

Clients must inform us of any health conditions (e.g., allergies, skin conditions, infections, blood diseases, pregnancy, or medications).
We reserve the right to decline or postpone appointments if health concerns arise.
No tattoos will be performed if the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

6. Age Restriction

We only tattoo clients 18 years or older. No exceptions for minors.

7. Aftercare & Liability

Clients will receive detailed aftercare instructions before and after the tattoo session.
Following the instructions is the client’s responsibility.
We are not liable for individual healing processes or outcomes such as color changes, scarring, or line shifts caused by improper care or individual skin reactions.

8. Touch-Ups

A free touch-up is offered within 3 months of completion, provided proper aftercare was followed.
If additional touch-ups are required due to improper care or external factors, we reserve the right to charge extra.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

SECT Tattoo is not liable for damages resulting from incomplete or false information provided by the client.
Claims for damages are excluded unless based on gross negligence or willful misconduct.
